OUR STORY
Beyond the Surface Pros (BTSP) was born out of the desire to help playground owners keep what they have already invested in; a safe playground for their kids. Like everything; time can take its toll. Whether the damage comes from age or weather, it’s impossible to keep outdoor surfaces pristine forever.

Doing the right thing even when no-one is looking. We value relationships and realize there is now better advertisement than word of mouth so we want to leave our job site or end a phone call after taking an order knowing we did our customers right.

We realize we have a higher calling. One that keeps us accountable to you, our customer, So we're not here to just do the job and move on to the next. We take our jobs as opportunities to give you a reason tell others about us and ask us back if needed.
MEET THE OWNER
Jeff Mrakovich
I’ve been in the playground surfacing industry for 20+ years now. I have active memberships in the ASTM Standards Committee F08 on Sports Equipment, Playing Surfaces (which include playground surface saftey standards) and Facilities as well as the Committee F15 on Consumer Products which cover playground equipment safety standards. I’ve also served as chair of the playground surfacing certification committee for IPEMA (The International Playground Equipment & Manufacturers Assoc.)
My focus for the last several years has been developing playground surfacing and recreational trail products for which I now supply the playground surfacing and recreational surface industry. I started this business because I love serving people like you – I hope I can earn your trust!
